Pro Roof Estimator ("the App", the web application at this website) is published by Monocle Go LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
When you create an account we collect your email address and a password, managed by Google Firebase Authentication. On our servers we keep your email, the number of reports you have used, the identifiers of reports you have unlocked, and your plan and billing status.
Your company profile (name, logo, contact details), pricing settings, and the reports and estimates you create – including your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses – are stored in your browser on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data or signing in on another device will not bring them along.
When you request an aerial measurement, the property address (or, if you choose "Use my current location," your device's coordinates) is sent to our measurement server, which forwards it to Google Maps Platform (Geocoding, Solar, Maps Static and Street View Static APIs) to return roof measurements, satellite images and a street-level image. We do not keep these requests beyond standard short-term server logs used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Location is used only when you tap "Use my current location," to find the property you are at. The App does not track your location.
The logo you upload stays in your browser on your device and is embedded in the PDFs you create.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer ID, purchase and subscription status – not your full card number. See https://stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Estimates are shared only when you choose to send them (for example by email or text) using your device's share sheet.
The App is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Delete a report from the home screen, or clear this site's data in your browser to remove everything stored on your device. To delete your account, email us.
